Unless you have been otherwise informed, we will be able to provide audio visual support
- Windows Laptop with USB access (A and C)
- Large format TV with sound
- Libre Office (Powerpoint, Word etc)
- Remote "clicker" and laser pointer
- It is recommended that if you have built in a video into a presentation, as a precaution copy the same video file onto your USB, in addition to the presentation.
- Simple image display - please ensure image type is compatible with Windows - eg jpeg, png etc Note that Apple format HEIC is not compatible with Windows devices.
- Video files in common formats like avi, mp4 etc
- The laptop also has Internet access
