Community Planting Event May 4 2024

Given the environment is a core value of Rotary, as a club we have the opportunity to again participate in the council’s community planting day –  a community effort that we attended last year with great outcomes.

This year’s strategy is to blanket the south end of the grounds at Moorleigh village with 2,000 low shrubs, grasses and ground covers.

The planting session will commence at 10am and conclude by 2pm – just come for the time you have there is no requirement to stay the full time allocated.

BYO gardening gloves, hat, sunscreen if the day requires.

Our club is registered to attend.

90-92 Bignell Road, East Bentleigh …. south end of the village complex, parking inside the complex or plenty of off street parking in the area.

See you there.
