The club member vote that will be conducted at the club breakfast on Wednesday 21 May 2025 whether to create a sub-account in the Equity Trustees Charitable Foundation with the 'Frankston house' funds.
Proxy voting will be available for club members who are unable to attend the meeting and wish to cast their vote. For members wishing to vote by proxy - please complete the proxy form AVAILABLE HERE , and email it to the club secretary, Karin Soster, by 5pm Tuesday 20 May 2025.
As a reminder - please refer the information about Equity Trustees that was emailed to all club members on Wednesday 7 May 2025.
This information is also available on line by following the link to Club Documents here and opening sub folder entitled Equity Trustees. Any members with queries regarding the proposal should direct their queries to the board, and emailed to the club secretary, Karin Soster - no later than 5pm Sunday 18 May 2025 to enable adequate time for investigation. No queries will be taken without notice on the day of the vote. Responses to member queries will be addressed at the meeting on Wed 21 May 2025.
