Message from our President

I think we now look to planning some sort of get together after Nov 1st based on what the Premier announced last Sunday. Let’s share some ideas tomorrow morning towards the end of the meeting.
Work is being done on ensuring the market is ready to go when we get the ok. I understand the rosters are currently being revised. Beyond that fairly quiet on the local Rotary front
All the best,
Geoff Gledhill

Zoom Meeting Oct 14 2020 Moorabbin Airport
It was a beautiful morning and we were all gathered to listen to our Paul Ferguson who is the CEO of Moorabbin Airport. Pres. Geoff gave us a brief good morning greeting while on his way to work. He welcomed Tim L back and as we all do wished him a speedy recovery from his disastrous road accident and welcome our AG Heather Chisolm to the meeting. He explained that his introduction in the bulletin is short because there was not a lot happening and like the rest of us looking forward to some sort of change although not to expect too much.

The country offers difficult topographical and social framework conditions. Life expectancies for people living in the remote mountain areas are low, with approximately 52 for women and 54 for men.
