Would you like to lead your Rotary Community Group? We are shaping Rotary in our part of the world. This is your chance to get involved and create a lasting impact in the South Pacific.
Rotary Community Leaders (RCLs) are a key leadership role to deliver growth in our part of the world.
RCLs work with Club leadership and to facilitate growth plans that best suit their Rotary Community Group. RCLs act as facilitators, connectors, and mentors. They do not replace District Governors or district officers, nor do they assume operational responsibility for clubs. RCLs support clubs by guiding them to the appropriate resources and helping them collaborate effectively.
The RCLs have a specific learning and development curriculum. Successful candidates will take part in a learning and development program that equips them for the role, ready for commencement on 1 July 2026. The role offers ongoing training and mentoring resources and opportunities.
If you have been waiting for an opportunity to make a difference and collaborate with Rotarians across your broader community – this is your moment.
