This year's "PETS" was held this past weekend, on line of course. Additional specific training sessions will be held over several evenings this week. I had the pleasure of participating this weekend along with our own Club's President Elect, Helen Nodrum.
The Multi District Presidents Elect Training Seminar (MDPETS) provides an opportunity for Presidents Elect to gain a better understanding of their roles, to hear broader Rotary messages and plans and a chance to share ideas and plans with other Presidents Elect across four Rotary districts; three in Victoria and one covering all of Tasmania.

The weekend's sessions occupied both mornings. Saturday involved presentations form two excellent speakers, Annette Kimmitt, CEO Minter Ellison and David McQueen, Australian Keynote speaker of the year, 2015.
Sunday focussed on presentations and  workshop sessions on 4 major topics: Increasing our Impact, Expanding our Reach, Participation and Engagement and finally, Ability to Adapt.

There were about 180 attendees on line. There was a lot of un-muting, screen sharing, cameras not working etc etc but overall a great success.
