Our meeting this week was chaired by Jo Impey and our special guest speaker was Janette Etherington form the RC of Nunawading. Paul Ferguson and Larry Green attended the meeting via Zoom.Janette attended our Club on behalf of Interplast - she holds the title of Coordinator – Rotary Engagement with Interplast. As most members should already be aware our very own Paul Ferguson serves Interplast as a member of its Board.

Since 1983 Interplast have performed over 27,000 surgeries and provided over 14,000 training opportunities.
Interplast changes lives. It works only in developing nations, providing positive health outcomes. It also provides training and education and is sustainable.
It's work is confined to to the Asia - Pacific region.
Each Interplast surgery costs, on average $1,500. We are very grateful to Janette for attending this morning.
