Simone's presentation focused on Presence and the philosophy of "living in the middle of the river of life" to present your true and authentic being.  Simone explained the concept of three circles for flow of energy and communication between people, a concept much taught by the highly regarded acting coach, Patsy Rodenburg.  She quotes inward thinking and introversion is the first circle, outward expression and extroversion is the third circle, and finally the second and middle circle is the most productive and successful circle that enables one to be focused, being in the present, receptive and responsive, engaging with others with a natural ebb and flow of thoughts and ideas to the benefit of all parties.   The second circle brings the most rewards using positive and peaceful energy, and authenticity that speaks from the heart, and represents the circle of presence.  Simone elaborated on the circle of presence, its concept, and explained/demonstrated mind and breathing exercises people can practice that assist achieving the sense of presence.  Simone's presentation was very thought-provoking and brought in many varied questions from the floor.  Thank you, Simone, for your very interesting presentation that had everyone engaged and rivetted to your topic.

To finish the evening, the cookery and hospitality teams came out to the restaurant and were acknowledged and applauded for their well-received and appreciated service.
