LIVIN's mission is to empower people experiencing mental health issues to speak up because It Ain’t Weak To Speak®. LIVIN aims to be proactive in combating mental Illness, and encourages preventative action by seeking help before things become unmanageable. This is done through programs that educate, motivate and advocate. Statistics show that depression is the leading disability worldwide, and is most prevalent in the 15 - 44 age group. LIVIN runs programs in schools and workplaces to raise awareness and remove the stigma of mental health and encourages anyone affected to seek help with the motto It Ain't Weak to Speak. They consult closely with professionals and specialists in the field to ensure their programs are suitable and fit for purpose. Programs are designed for large and small groups, and held in metropolitan and rural communities. In 2025 so far, 250 programs have been delivered to 25,000 people - 17,000 school children in the upper teenage years, and 8,000 in workplaces. 82% of attendees have provided feedback expressing their appreciation of the program and providing the steps for seeking help.
