A group of 20 or so club members and partners attended the evening at Cilantro on Thursday night 19/3.   We had a lovely and delicious dinner prepared by a team of students completing their Certificate IV cookery and hospitality course.  We were advised the students designed the menu which provided tastings of a number of dishes for each course - and their selection and execution was very well received by everyone and did not disappoint.  
 
Due to our numbers we did not have the restaurant entirely to ourselves, with members of the general public joining in to fill the room.  Thus we had to forego the normal meeting formalities and, unfortunately, the guest speaker segment was also shelved for a future time.  In all, everyone had a very enjoyable and relaxing evening and provided a great opportunity to socialise and catch up.
