DESCRIPTION:We have been invited to again assist with the conduct of the Gl
 en Eira Community Safety Day in conjunction with the Victoria Police\, SES
 \, Fire Services Victoria\,  St John’s Ambulance\, and the council. Ins
 tead of removing and replacing number plates with non-removable screws we 
 have been asked to run a bar-b-que which can be run as not only a fundrais
 er\, but a Rotary awareness and membership opportunity for the club. We ar
 e seeking at least 6 volunteers between the hours of 10.0am and 1.00pm on 
 SUNDAY October 9th  in the car park at the rear of The Glen Eira Town Hal
 l\, corner of Hawthorn and Glen Eira Roads Caulfield. Could you please ind
 icate your ability to attend by responding to this email and either myself
  or Karin Soster will confirm all details closer to the event. All we need
